Alongside her work in pageantry, Romy is the owner of Dress Devotion, a boutique based in Bournemouth, where she merges her entrepreneurial drive with a passion for fashion and confidence-building, helping women feel celebrated and empowered during life’s most important moments.

At the heart of Romy’s reign is her advocacy platform, The Green Flags. Born from her personal journey of unlearning, healing, and rebuilding after coming face-to-face with red flags, The Green Flags is a space dedicated to highlighting the small but powerful signs of respect, kindness, communication, and emotional safety in all types of relationships — romantic, friendships, family, workplaces, and community spaces.

Through this platform, Romy focuses on the green flags that support mental health, emotional safety, physical well-being, and self-worth. Her advocacy shares real-life examples of healthy interactions, tools for emotional resilience and self-awareness, education around boundaries, trust, consent, and accountability, and reminders that healthy relationships do exist and they start with you.
